Q. How are your transfers made? A. Our
transfers are not screen printed. They are made by hand. This is labor
intensive and while the cost may seem high at first glance, they are a bargain
when you add a screen printers set-up costs, etc., which our process does not
require. The first step is to image the art at 2540 dpi to film, which is used
to expose a carrier with the oil-based inks have been transferred along with

What software programs can you print from? A. We can print from all the
leading desktop publishing programs on both Mac and Windows platforms. These
include QuarkXpress, PageMaker, and InDesign. While challenging, printing from
programs such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or Publisher, is often successful
with no issues encountered. However, you can rest assured that if any issues
are encountered, STC will notify you before any action is taken. We pride
ourselves on our customer service and reputation. If you have images or
illustrations created in PhotoShop or Illustrator, it is usually best to supply
us with the native files rather than trying to convert or export them to some

Do you accept Zip, Jazz or CDs? A. We accept 3.5 inch floppies, Zip, Jazz

What's the largest file size I can email you? A. We can accept up to 6 megs as

Can I transfer the files to you via the internet? A. Yes. We

Why shouldn't I use my web site images? A. Unfortunately, most web
images are optimized to load quickly, which means its file size is usually
small and its resolution 72dpi. When this small image is enlarged for banners,
the resulting image quality is usually very poor. TOP OF

transfer? A. To help maintain adhesive quality keep your transfer in a
sealed plastic bag. Simply store with no weight on top and avoid excessive
